THE "5-D" PROCESS
Discover
We begin with learning your project scope. This is done by setting up a developer/investor meeting and a site inspection. We understand each project is unique and must be treated as so.
Define
Once we've understood your project scope, we further define your project brand by interviewing stakeholders and conducting research. Defining the overall design and hospitality is done at this stage.
Design
Assigning a sales team leader is the next crucial step. From there, we will conduct a sales and marketing summit. Then determine product segmentation and potential builders.
Direct
Carefully selecting a personnel team is next. We train all on-site teams in lead generation tactics and fulfillment processes. Networking and personal business planning is completed here as well.
Deploy
Boots on the ground. This is when we will begin to determine the product release method, set appointments, and implement training. Determining ROI objectives and measurement systems are laid out to then create reporting and action planning as well.
