Andy Garrett has worked in the real estate sector for 24 years. He began his career in his home state of NC purchasing timberland. He soon transitioned into real estate sales and marketing and worked with some of the nation’s top developers selling luxury resort properties. Andy was a top producer and part of an elite sales team with Ginn Development Company which completed one of the most successful real estate sales events in South Carolina history, selling over $180 million in developer home sites in one day. Andy personally sold 58 properties at the event.

Andy served as National Director of Sales for Westgate Resorts where he managed 3 resort developments with over $100 million dollars in real estate sales. In 2009 Andy saw the downturn in the real estate market as an opportunity and moved to SW Florida. Implementing a strategy for the acquisition and disposition of fractured and bank-owned developments, Andy sold over 400 condominium units in 2009 and 2010. It was during this time that Andy integrated the acquisition of single-family homes for renovation and resale into his business strategy. In 2012 Andy became an operator for a small private equity firm and successfully managed $18M in capital. Andy was successful with this model and has acquired, renovated, and re-sold over 500 properties.

Originally from High Point, NC, Andy graduated from Clemson University.  Throughout his career, Andy has adapted to the many changes in the real estate market and has maintained a true passion for the business. He loves Clemson football and spends his free time enjoying the coastal lifestyle with his wife Heather and their three children.
