The Summerhouse project was an unconventional rebranding & renewal strategy cultivated from recognizing that the recession had created a dormant environment in a development that had the potential to flourish greatly.
This was executed by establishing an effective layout plan, identifying the perfect product, and successfully directing an onsite sales and marketing team. To breathe life back into this beautiful place was the heart of our mission. And just as the old saying goes, if you build it, they will come. The families of this community are really what has continued to allow this project to be a success.
